Rialto is one of the National Best Water Management facilities in terms of domestic water consumption which is achieved through the installation of water-efficient fixtures and online monitoring systems to monitor & and control the usage of water.

• Rialto is a certified 1:5 “Water Positive Facility” by the Confederation of Indian Industry, i.e., recharging 5 times more than the annual water requirements.
• Rainwater harvesting is a major source of water at Rialto. 100% of the rainwater from Roof, paved and Unpaved areas is captured and reused.
• Recycling of water is done at in-house through an advanced wastewater treatment plant, which is used for gardening and flushing activities. Rialto is ZERO discharge facility.
• Sprinklers and drip Irrigation systems have been installed in the garden area regulating the use of water.
• Online Groundwater Monitoring system is installed to monitor the groundwater level throughout the year.
