Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction
- Rialto has taken a stringent target to became carbon Neutral by 2028 and Net Zero Facility by 2040.
- Rialto has installed a 730 kWp, Rooftop Solar Plant, which has helped CO2 emission reduction of about 822 MT CO2e.
- Having covered 100% roof area with a Solar Rooftop plant, Rialto installed 1 MW of Offsite Solar power at Kamuthi, Ramanthapuram district to further reduce its GHG Emission from its operation, which further reduces 1145 MTCO2e.
- We also purchase green power from Indian Power Exchange which is 6% of our requirement.
- With the addition of a 1 MW solar power plant our Renewable energy share is 61%.
- Solar lights have been installed inside the facility to further harness the solar power at site.
