Covid -19 has had a colossal effect on almost every industry globally. Rialto has tackled the pandemic problem with typical élan by establishing processes and paying attention to detail. A Special Leadership Task Force under the leadership of Mr. Chander Swamy CEO of Rialto was formed to monitor the situation and implement measures on a daily basis. Standard operating procedures (SOP) were listed out and actioned immediately. Every employee, associate, vendor and all other visitors were subjected to strict compliance of the SOP.

No detail was too small to the team, in its pursuit of securing the site from the deadly corona virus. Alternate taps in the factory canteen, only 2 employees per table to ensure social distancing measures and constant monitoring of the practice of wearing protective masks and cleaning the hands with the strategically placed hand sanitizers at each of the entry and exit points are some of the initiatives taken in that direction.
