Rialto has been very active in giving back to the community, especially in the Education sector. It has adopted 2 Government schools in Chennai and has actively contributed in development of both the schools.

In 2015, Rialto instituted an Academic Excellence Award programme to recognize and reward best performing students in 10th and 12th standards.

The award which is given annually includes a certificate, gift pack of personal hygiene products and dress materials to inculcate the importance of grooming and personal hygiene.
