Continuing in its tradition of zero tolerance when it came to employee safety, Rialto participated in the 51st National Safety Week celebrations to promote employee health and safety. The Week was celebrated with great fanfare and all-round participation at the company. There were mime shows, slogan contests, quizzes and poster competition etc.
The 51st National Safety Week celebrations were kicked off with Safety badge distribution, safety awareness message placards, safety pledge, a grand inauguration with the CEO’s message and ended with a fitting finale of employees being rewarded for their participation in the various contests and quizzes to imprint the importance of safety in their minds.
World Water Day was celebrated with enthusiastic participation from the employees of Rialto. The theme for this year’s World Water Day was “Groundwater, making the invisible visible”. Special presentations and speeches were given on the importance of ground water and the need to conserve it.
Rialto recently participated in the 50th National Safety Week Celebrations by having its own Safety Week event to promote occupational health and safety The event staged various competitions on safety including slogan contests, quizzes, painting competition etc. and rewarded employees to increase safety awareness.

The CEO award was given to recognise employees of Rialto for their exemplary performance and contribution to business. This is the 2nd year since it was instituted. There were 9 recipients of the award this year. The theme of the reward was ” Employees who made a difference”. The awards were given away by Mr. Chander Swamy the CEO of Rialto Enterprises.
